We DO NOT do any same-day orders. Rush fees apply for last-minute orders. The custom order rush fee starts at $50 upon approval. Regular Treat orders rush fee start at $15. Please contact me if you require a rush order.
Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. All Sales are Final & No Refunds.
Custom Orders: In the event of a cancellation, there will be NO REFUNDS. All sales are final. However, your payment can be used as a credit towards a future order, upon approval. If something occurs to affect your scheduled event date, please contact us immediately to discuss options and availability.
We will follow your request closely to create the exact cake/treats desired. However, we cannot duplicate an exact copy of another artist’s work, but we will ensure the look is similar.
A retainer of 50% is required for orders $120 or more and the balance is due by date listed on invoice. The deposit is due immediately to secure your desired date.Full payment is required any specials. A square fee is applied to all invoices. We must receive the deposit and remaining balance by the date stated on your invoice or order is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.
Pick-up time and location will be provided to you. Please make arrangements to be ON TIME to pick up your items. You must come to the provided pick-up location, if I have to meet you at a different location, you will be charged a delivery fee based on location. Your order must be picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. After the inital 15-minute wait period you will be charged $1 per additional minute up to 30 minutes in total. After the whole 30 minutes, your order will be FORFEITED & there will be NO REFUNDS.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
Please be advised that BST has a no refund policy. In the event your party/event has to be canceled, BST will reschedule your event. Please keep in mind that BST is owned and operated by one person, so I need at least a 2-week notice for the date you want to reschedule. All orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
